FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

"I originally bought a session through a social media promotion you offered as a gift for someone but it has MY name on it. The Groupon (for example) states it needs to be used by the recipient? Can I still gift the session?"
No problem, just write on the Groupon coupon that this is a gift for: (fill in person's name) and we will make the necessary changes.

"Where do we meet you for our session?"
We are meeting in the studio. A few days prior to your session we will contact you by phone to introduce ourselves and talk about your session. We always encourage you coming for consultation prior to the session. You are welcome to call us and schedule this appointment.

"Do I need an appointment or can I just show up at the studio on a day you are photographing?"
Yes, you ABSOLUTELY need an appointment. Please follow the instructions found on this website to book your session online.

"What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?"
You have two options:

Please email us immediately at gregory@accentphotography.com , so we can remove previously scheduled appointment or pick up the phone and give us a call at 612-396-4024. We'll take care of it.

"When will my finished prints and digital negatives be ready?"
Your finished prints will be on your doorstep in 21 days or less (shipping fee is $10 and mandatory). Digital files will be delivered via Dropbox or you can bring a flashdrive and we will copy them for you.

"Can I add to my order at a later time?"
Absolutely. It is very important to note that we only archive images that were originally ordered. We remove not ordered portraits from our system and back-up.
