Your Little One Deserves the Very Best!
The first year of a baby’s growth is such an amazing journey that it is a shame not to capture and preserve each priceless expression and gesture. That is why I am inviting you and your baby to our studio for four special sessions: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months. Then, after your baby’s first birthday, you will receive a beautiful panel featuring your favorite portrait from each of your baby’s sessions. This is a great way to capture each precious stage of your little one’s first year of life and to get a beautiful baby panel for an awesome price.
Our plan is simple. We’ll photograph your baby at the stages of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. You are welcome to bring multiple outfits to each session, and we have a lot of fun props.
After your baby’s first birthday you’ll receive a custom baby panel featuring your favorite photograph from each session and representing the first year of your baby’s growth.

If you mention our website and if your baby is less than seven weeks old, we will also do a complimentary newborn session with your baby. Sound good? We think so! Don’t wait too long though. We only accept ten new babies into the program each month.

4 sessions and Baby Panel- $89
Newborn Session: The best time to photograph a newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age, after two weeks babies are a little harder to settle and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. You can contact Accent Photography at any time during your pregnancy to give me an estimated due date, we will then make a tentative booking and when you arrive home from hospital with your brand new baby you can contact us to arrange a suitable time and day for your session.
3-4 Month Session: This is the first “stage” that begins the baby panel. The stage is when your baby is laying on their tummy and holds their head up nice and strong. Please do not underestimate what we are about to tell you here. Please “practice” with your baby before coming in for your scheduled appointment. Lay your baby on a blanket on the floor and bring both hands in front of your baby’s chest. Hold your hand “on top” of your baby’s hands and the head should “pop” up.
6 Month Session: This is a wonderful session! Your baby must be sitting up without assistance! Again, practicing at home a couple of weeks before your session makes a big difference! What we are looking for is for your baby to be sitting up nice and strong with their back straight and without toppling over. We will be doing our famous “naked” shots at this time. You can also bring a clothing selection. We also suggest a special blanket and again a silver rattle or cup. Please let us know if you have brought these things with you. We also have a wonderful supply of blankets for you to use at this session. Remember to keep your clothing selection SIMPLE!
9 Month Session: This is the session that comes with a warning label. At this stage, your baby will be going through “major” teething and may also experience separation or “stranger” anxiety. Before this point your baby liked us…but now…..well…..The stage we are looking for will be when your baby is standing and holding on to things. This is known as “cruising.” This is also a great time to bring a family chair or other special prop. This is a casual session. Boys may want to wear denim overalls—for girls, cute seasonal clothing. Bonnets and hats look great at this session. Bring personal items. ANYTHING GOES!
12 month session: This is the time for a one year formal portrait with cake, balloons and favorite toys! We really encourage bringing both a formal and casual clothing change at this session. Your baby might be standing on their own. If you have not done your family portrait by now…don’t put it off. Do it now! It’s hardest to photograph a baby after this time. Remember— “a photograph is a captured memory, you once had, that can never be repeated or remembered.”
